Today I was reading twitter and saw a RT about a article on Westfield Give Ability Program by Allconsuming and I thought it was worth sharing.
I think we all know .. and have recently had a reminded from the Productivity Commission on how the disability sector is underfunded. It is great to see Westfield, as part of their community programs, taking some corporate responsibility and raising funds and awareness for the disabilities sector. YEAH!!
This year, the national fundraising drive is on Saturday 21st May focusing on what all of us in the community can all do to help enable children with disabilities and their families. So why not visit your local Westfield and make a donation to help give the ability for kids to take part in fun activities, for respite care so parents and carers can take a break too, or for new programs and facilities to be set up and implemented in your local community and around Australia.
